Walter Wong
Managing Director, President of HR On-Call, Inc.
With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Walter embraced his entrepreneurial talents and founded an HR company over a decade ago. Walter achieved his goal to build a premier HR & Staffing consulting firm to serve public, private and non-profit companies.

Walter is a seasoned consultant with business management, human resources, and employment background in numerous functions and industries such as sales, healthcare, insurance and financial services, information technology, engineering, manufacturing, customer service and the human resources industries.

Walter relocated to California in 2000 from Connecticut where he was employed in a variety of leadership roles as HR a professional with several Fortune 500 Insurance Corporations. In addition, Walter’s experience includes working for one of Connecticut’s largest private general hospitals as a senior HR Consultant managing their employment functions.

Roger Soucy
Senior HR Consultant

Roger brings a wealth of telecommunications, defense and manufacturing industry experience as a hands-on HR executive and role model. His work with process improvements, strategic planning that aligns HR and the business and a willingness to pitch in to get the job done have made him a very valuable asset. Roger works by developing others and communicating goals that drive desired results. After leaving the armed forces, Roger acquired his MBA. Talent Acquisition, employee relations, Compensation and benefits along with compliance requirements are areas where Roger’s organizational skills and HR expertise shine. Roger works as a counselor in his spare time.
